Black & White has always been my favorite. It's easy to see why black & white is so eye catching. The atmosphere, and the mood of the image changes instantly. By using various tones, and strong contrasts, the illustration immediately comes alive! I find that the challenge in pencil illustration is to maintain a very high attention to detail, as I always try to do. Strong contrasts, highlights, and shadows, can be so attractive, that detail can sometimes not even feel necessary. One again, patience will pay off greatly. Enjoy this portfolio, and don't forget to sign the guestbook, and leave your comments. Thank you.
